EXECUTIVE CONSTRUCTION ADVISORY
Senior-level construction guidance for owners and executives facing complex decisions, challenged projects, or situations where experienced construction expertise is not available internally. Services may include project assessment and due diligence, project recovery strategy, contractor performance evaluation, schedule and critical-path review, risk identification and mitigation, procurement and delivery strategy, commercial and change-management review, and executive decision support.
OWNER’S REPRESENTATION
Independent representation of the owner’s interests throughout planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout. Black Mountain Partners can supplement an existing owner team or provide dedicated owner-side construction leadership while maintaining focus on cost, schedule, quality, risk, and operational objectives.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
Selective construction management services for owners who require experienced leadership and oversight of project execution, including project planning, team and consultant coordination, procurement support, schedule management, cost and change oversight, project controls, contractor coordination, risk management, commissioning readiness, and executive reporting.
PROJECT RECOVERY & SPECIAL SITUATIONS
Focused support for projects experiencing schedule pressure, contractor performance concerns, organizational gaps, unresolved scope or commercial issues, critical operational deadlines, or transition and leadership challenges. The focus is on establishing the facts, identifying the true constraints, developing a practical recovery strategy, and helping ownership regain control of the project.
